• If We didn't start your project at all.
• If You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

• Once the mockup design is approved.
• Adding Unwarranted inclusions after starting of project.
• Project delays from your end.

• The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks. After deduction of the bank charges and other applicable charges, refund will be initiated.
• It will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.
• In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, we shall not be liable for any such payments issues. You should reach out to the payment gateway provider. You will get there contact in the email they send you for payment failure or success.
